He is a face you may recognise even if you don’t have an in-depth knowledge of the British men’s model scene. Countless times Mr Cheshire has featured on best dressed lists from key fashion publications. In part no doubt to his ability to be all over the street style pictures from every London Collections: Men.
As a 27 year old model, Oliver Cheshire has built his reputation from the tender of age of 15 when he was first spotted by Select Model Management. His big break was Calvin Klein but he has gone on to be the face of most recently Marks and Spencer’s ‘Best of British’ collection alongside appearing in shoots for the likes of GQ. It is said that whilst fronting the Marks and Spencer swimwear range in the past, sales increased by over 50%.
As a regular at London Collections: Men and the face of British fashion, I’m sure it won’t be long until Oliver Cheshire takes his place on the menswear committee of this prestigious event.
Take a look below at some of his best outfits, and you will agree it isn’t hard to see why he is a man in demand.
Sam Brady is a menswear expert, having worked in or around the field for the past 14 years. He has built up a keen eye for detail when it comes to the production of clothing, and is happy showcasing the craftsmanship of Savile Row and Jermyn St. But he understands the need for an interchangeable modern man’s wardrobe that mixes high street and luxury clothing.
